We can only accept returns for damaged or faulty items. If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, it's crucial to report this as soon as possible to ensure that we can take appropriate action.

In such cases, please reach out to us at mariadoreskincare@gmail.com. We aim to get back to you within 7 working days to discuss the next steps, which may include a refund or replacement depending on the situation and our return policy.

If your order has been returned to us, we can arrange a re-shipment to a new or corrected address. Before we do so, we will need to confirm that the recipient will be available to accept the delivery this time around.
